uMoji Maker — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using uMoji Maker (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

uMoji Maker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscription Services

Auto‑Renewable Subscriptions

• Weekly Subscription: $1.99 USD per week
• Monthly Subscription: $4.99 USD per month

Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto‑renewal may be turned off in your Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

Content Generation

• You retain all rights to the stickers you create using the App.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third‑party rights.
• You may not create content that is offensive, harmful, illegal, or violates these Terms.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to create stickers that contain:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Explicit or adult content
• Violence or graphic imagery
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Personal information of others without consent

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of uMoji Maker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third‑Party Services

The App uses third‑party services including:

• Replicate API for AI image generation
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Google AdMob for advertising

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UMOJI MAKER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless uMoji Maker from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uMoji Maker operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Apple‑Specific Terms

• These Terms are between you and uMoji Maker only, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App.
